Terms of Service

CineAI is an online platform that uses artificial intelligence to help users create short-form videos, including presenter clips, animated skits, and multi-scene films. We provide the tools; you provide the creative direction and any source material.

You must be at least 13 years old to use CineAI. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not use CineAI to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory.
• Infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Impersonates a real person without their clear consent.
• Violates the policies of platforms where you intend to publish, including YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

CineAI operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. Pricing, packages, and rates are shown inside the app and may change from time to time.

You retain ownership of the scripts, images, audio, and other materials you upload, and of the videos you generate. By using CineAI, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service — for example, to send it to HeyGen for rendering and to store the resulting output for you to download.

AI-generated output is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every render will meet your expectations or be suitable for any specific platform. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, including checking for accuracy, rights clearance, and compliance with platform rules.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consultac LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CineAI. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CineAI after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email support@cineai.cc.
