Refund & Credit Policy

All subscription payments and credit purchases are final and nonrefundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or refunded because a user is dissatisfied with a successfully completed AI-generated result.

If a generation fails because of a verified technical error before an output is delivered, CineAI Studio's ordinary remedy is restoration of the credits used for that generation. Restoration is applied automatically and only once per affected job.

Credits are deducted only when a provider accepts the job, and they are charged in stages (script, character assets, shots, voices, lip-sync, captions, export). Editing, saving, reordering, previewing existing outputs and downloading an already-paid completed export are free.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals and does not produce a refund or prorated credit for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time from your billing area, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Duplicate or erroneous charges should be reported within seven days so they can be investigated.

AI-generated results are probabilistic and will vary between runs, even with identical inputs. Regenerating a result is a new generation and costs additional credits, confirmed before the charge is made.

You are responsible for holding the rights and consents required for any image, likeness, voice or other material you upload or reference. Do not upload a person's likeness or voice without their permission, and do not reproduce third-party visual identity.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law or under the rules of your card network or payment provider. Where a mandatory legal right applies, that right prevails over this policy.
