Privacy Policy

Account information: email address, password hash, and any display name you provide when you create an account.

Project content: scripts, prompts, character descriptions, uploaded images or voice samples, and any outputs you generate through CineAI.

Usage and billing data: credit balance, generation history, and transaction records. Payments are processed by Stripe; CineAI does not store full payment card numbers.

We use your data to run the service: authenticate you, render your videos, track credit usage, send account-related notices, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data or use it to train generative models without your explicit permission.

CineAI relies on a small number of service providers to operate the platform:

• Supabase — cloud database, authentication, and file storage for account and project data.
• Stripe — payment processing for credit packs and subscriptions.
• HeyGen — avatar, voice, and video generation when you render projects.
• Google / YouTube — only when you choose to connect a YouTube account. See the next section.

CineAI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect a YouTube channel, CineAI uses that connection only to upload videos on your behalf and to read basic channel information (channel ID and title) so we can show you which account is connected. We do not use YouTube data for advertising, sell it, or share it with unrelated third parties.

You can revoke CineAI's access to your Google account at any time by using the Disconnect button in the WSJ Daily Flow settings area, or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We keep your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or a specific project, we remove or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable time, except where we need to retain it for legal, security, or billing reasons.

You can access, update, or delete most of your data from the CineAI dashboard. To request a full export or deletion of personal data, email support@cineai.cc. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

CineAI uses cookies only for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
